'The Obedient Wife'

[Craig]

There was a man who had worked all his life, had saved
all of his money but was a real 'miser' when it came to
                his money.

Just before he died, he said to his wife..   'When I die,
I want you to take all my money and put it in the casket
with me. I want to take my money to the afterlife with
                me .'

And so he got his wife to promise him, with all of her
heart, that when he died, she would put all of the money
                into the casket with him.

Well, he died. He was stretched out in the casket, his
wife was sitting there - dressed in black, and her friend
was sitting next to her. When they finished the ceremony,
and just before the undertakers got ready to close the
                casket, the wife said,

                 ' Wait just a moment !'
She had a small metal box with her; she came over  to the
casket  with the box and put it in the casket. Then the
undertakers locked the casket down and they rolled it
                away.

So her friend said , 'Girl, I know you were not foolish
enough to put all that money in there with your husband.

The loyal wife replied, 'Listen, I'm a Christian; I
cannot go back on my word. I promised him that I was
going to put that money into the casket with him.'
Her friend replied ' You mean to tell me you put that
money in the casket with him!?!?!? '
' I sure did, '  said the wife.  ' I got it all
together, put it into my account, and wrote him a
check.... If he can cash it, then he can spend it. '

Have to show the Freckle Girl that one,

Since I don't have any money in this Life, no need to worry about spending any in the next, and when
it comes to figuring out ways to end up with the money, how truly clever a Woman really is, now if she
could remember what you told her 5 minutes ago, now that would be a marvelous achievement,

                            Kind Regards Ladies, Samson.

SAMSON!! How rude!! No wonder you are always in trouble with your wife!!

Kathy,

I highly doubt it, I cook, clean, do laundry, wash dishes and as of this moment, just machine carpet
cleaned the living room rug, Ha Ha, finished too. My Wife lets me take the lead and as a result of that,
she's honored, respected, treasured and usually gets what she wants, come to think of it, as a result of
this, I usually get what I want,  , get the picture,  . It seems to be a workable situation, except this
Menopausal thing, nobody enjoys the results from that. Yes, indeed, God is training both of us to cultivate
PATIENCE AND TOLERANCE, much needed qualities.

                                    Kind Regards, Samson.
P.S. A Wife, Two Daughters and Two female Cats, Whew,

[Ninny]

Well, Brad, I am laughing now and it is very funny!! You are a good husband!! I guess I was wrong about the chauvinistic tendencies..but you have to admit it was a good Yoda impersonation!heeheehee!
And OH yeah! I get the picture, dude!!  You have a lot of estrogen in your life...woo-hoo! Hey, just remember that whole thing will pass in time!! With that many females you may need a shot of testosterone!!hee!

Kathy,

Like Ray said: " God created Testosterone ", believe it or not, I'll be glad when this Testosterone thing ends,
all it does is get a Man in trouble, I don't know if I'm a good Husband, there's always room for improvement, Gods
creating us in his Image, a continuing process and I have at least one Age(Aion) to go, depending on God's plan
for me.

                                                Kind Regards, Samson.

[musicman]

Yeah right.  That lady will be dropping a load when she get's to the bank and finds out that the check was indeed cashed.

[Ninny]

Musicman, you're always so negative can't ya just let the wife enjoy the cash? The man was a skinflint, he deserved to go into the afterlife broke!!   Samson..don't wish for your testosterone to end too quickly..you need that stuff, man!
