I come to you in pieces

[daywalker]

This song has been playing over and over again in my mind today, since I first heard it this morning. I thought I'd share the lyrics with anyone who may be interested.

Song: Pieces
Band: Red

You can listen to it hear: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3U6BCUQqG8

I'm here again
A thousand miles away from you
A broken mess, just scattered pieces of who I am
I tried so hard
Thought I could do this on my own
I've lost so much along the way

Then I'll see your face
I know I'm finally yours
I find everything I thought I lost before
You call my name
I come to you in pieces
So you can make me whole

I've come undone
But you make sense of who I am
Like puzzle pieces in your eye

Then I'll see your face
I know I'm finally yours
I find everything I thought I lost before
You call my name
I come to you in pieces
So you can make me whole!

I tried so hard! So hard!
I tried so hard!

Then I'll see your face
I know I'm finally yours
I find everything I thought I lost before
You call my name
I come to you in pieces
So you can make me whole
So you can make me whole

Daywalker

[Marlene]

Beautiful Song Daywalker. The words say much the way I felt, when God lead me into this website. The truth set me free. All, the pieces of my life just started making sense. Seeing God as all Loving was like looking directly upon his face. I saw the Father of Love where before I was afraid to go to him. Wow, how my life changed it seemed overnight. Yes, I am a sinner, but he came to save us not to torture us.

Thanks for sharing this.

In His Love,
Marlene

Beautiful song, reminds of "The potter wants to put you back together again" done by various artists.

Just sometimes wonder if my pieces haven't been lost in places too far apart to be gathered and put together again..

Nope, it's all in God's perfect timing!       I know it can feel this way, but don't trust those lying feelings Daddysgirl.

I completely understand how you feel. Some days, I can almost feel God's presence; like I know He's here, and everything is going to be just fine, and I have this sense of peace. But then God takes that feeling away, and I feel lost and sad, and I keep praying, rather begging, for God to give me that peace back; but instead the words He spoke to Paul play in my head:

"Sufficient for you is My grace"

I cannot wait til the day when that feeling, that peace, that presence of God, will come over me, and never again go away... and not just for me, but for everyone. Thank God that [despite Babylon's harsh lies...] that DAY WILL COME FOR ALL OF US!

Daywalker.

Amen, brother, amen!
