Marky Mark:
23 minutes of blaspheme.

Do not ever think for (one minute, 23 minutes or however many minutes) that our Lord the Word does not mean what He states...

Deuteronomy 4:2 "You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, nor take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Joshua 1:7 "Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go.

Proverbs 30:6 Do not add to His words Or He will reprove you, and you will be proved a liar.

Revelation 22:18 I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book;

Deuteronomy 12:32 See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it.

Peace...Mark

I cannot see anyone still believing in Hell after listening to Ray's audio on 23 Minutes in Hell. [In fact, whenever I need a good laugh, rather than watching some stand-up comedian on t.v., I listen to this audio...  :D ;)]

But on the more serious side, I do feel for those stuck in Babylon. I doubt most of them have ever really thought about what it is they believe in... My heart goes out to them, may God be merciful.

I had a good laugh over the long weekend, Daywalker. I was re-reading the tongues article and started to laugh thinking about the past and speaking, singing, praying in tongues stuff. Hahahaaaa. Laughing at myself, naturally. Hahaaa, just so funny sometimes, this walk, looking back. Absolutely amazing what God gets us out of. Now I cannot even remeber the 'gibberish' i spoke years ago. hahaaahaa, embarrassing and funny.

LOL,

You reminded me of a guy awhile back that told me that I wasn't a true believer because I didn't speak in tongues. Haha, I recall thinking he was a real wacko... However, looking back I did a few really 'wacko' things myself at my old baptist church...

I actually washed a bunch of dudes' feet!!! [Now, I know Christ did it for His Disciples, but He did it as a Spiritual example for them and us... we just did it cuz we thought we were obeying and being 'holy' and stuff] Seriously, some of those guys really should've taken showers before they came to church that night... YUCK!!!

Peace, Out

I can only nod my head in agreement... I do so very much abhor what I used to believe in. It makes my skin crawl and the hair on my neck stand up in sheer horror. It absolutely shocks me when I look back at my attitude and intolerance of non-believers and sinners. I know that is not how I felt in the very beginning; years of indoctrination and teaching from people whom I assumed to be safe and could be trusted, basically brainwashed me. Although coming to BT in the end was and still is a painful journey at times, it was/is definitely worth it. God is so good!
