I really don't have the tv anymore after they went to the all digital format as I live in a fringe area and I'll be darned if I'm going to shove $50 or more a month at directv or dish to get their service.  Because of this my Detoilet Lions will probably do well this season and make it to the playoffs and I won't be able to watch any of it!!   ;D

They actually have a running game this year...at least in the preseason so far.

Ha-good one Detoilet Lions!!  Hopefully this year will be good, just like the Tigers turned it around.

College football is king around here- UNIVERSITY of MICHIGAN WOLVERINES!!!!!  Good Lord Willing, this will be a better year.  My hubby was a tackle in the 67-69 years at Mich.  Haven't had losing seasons since, till last year!!  1st game today.  We are going to the Notre Dame game next week.

The Steeler defense looks awesome this year. Better than last year's Super Bowl champions. Great game coming up this Thursday night. Steelers versus Tennessee Titans at Pittsburgh. Titans won this game last year in Tennessee. Some of the Titan players blew their nose in the "Terrible Towel." Such disrespect. Sounds like the Steelers will be out for revenge. There might be some broken noses. On the other hand. Heb. 10:30  8)

I was born & raised in the Steel City, so I'm a Steelers fan through & through! :) I also cheer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (because I currently live in the Tampa Bay area), but I also love the Colts and Giants.

Is there any way that they can make the pre-season games count this year?  My team went 4 and 0.  I understand Detroit went 4 and 0 in last years pre-season.

This will be a great season. Your right to bad pre-season doesn't count. Beware THE SAINTS ARE COMMING. (LOL)

GO PACK GO! GO PACK GO! GO PACK GO!

Yes, I am aware that the PACKERS are in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin and I live miles away, in California... Here's the explanation:

I was a RAMS fan when I was very little. Grew up 4 miles from Anaheim Stadium, where they played. It so happened that the year that my nana promised to take me to a game, they decided to move to St. Louis... so I said forget them [PG version]!!!

BUT I hate the Raiders, mostly because their fans annoy me, besides everyone I knew were Raiders fans, and I don't follow the crowd  8); and the Chargers at the time sucked bad.. So watching football that season I saw a bunch of GB games with the one and only BRETT FAVRE<---He is the reason why I became a PACKERS FAN.

...of course, this year he decided to sign with our Arch-Rivals, the Vikings, so now me and him got some issues... >:( ??? >:( ???

That being said,

GO PACK GO! GO PACK GO! GO PACK GO!

PS: I saw that we have a Detroit Lions fan here... I'm sorry...  :D ;) :)

Just a quick note. Ray is wrong on one thing he said. In the audio on those who dispised God. Ray said not one point was ever scored on defence. Well the New Orleans Saints scored 14 points on defence. LOL/ I AM TALKING FOOTBALL OH yea 4-0 NY Giants and manning next.

You just scored a point on that comment Darren.  ;D I also caught Ray's statement that a defense has never scored a point in football. I guess Ray is not a football fan but lucky for us he's not. I remember the Super Bowl last year when James Harrison intercepted a Kurt Warner pass and ran it back 98 yards for a touchdown.  :o

Did Ray really say that?  My God, he is to football what I am to Astro Physics.
