I just saw on the BT site the announcement for the conference but it says the eighth and ninth of November which by my calendar is Sunday and Monday and Ray says Friday the seventh for an informal get together but that would be the sixth. Please tell me this is a typo because my reservations don't coincide with these dates.

I'm pretty sure it's a typo Eileen and the correct dates are Friday Nov 6th (informal), Saturday & Sunday Nov 7th & 8th (Sessions). Dennis will let you all know for sure next time he's on.

Whew!  I got a little nervous.  I pray Ray has the strength to follow through.  If not, I will just be visiting the area.

Yes Bob, last night the additional info listed the 7th as the informal with the 8th & 9th as session days but it seems to be corrected. Thanks

Here are the dates for the conference:

Friday, November 6th - Informal Meeting in Hotel Lobby
Saturday, November 7th - Bible study sessions (Morning & Afternoon)
Sunday, November 8th - Bible study session (Morning)

Details of the Conference have now been published on bibletruths.com, if you're going to be there, it's time to email Ray to confirm attendance. It is happening for real! who else is excited?

Awesome!  It will be great to see everyone.  I am hoping that the turnout will be huge!  Does anyone know when we will have a rough estimate about the body count of attendees?

yipppeee, i checked my email and got my confirmation from ray too. ok...frequent flier miles, here i come...lookout mobile, bibletruths is a comin to your town and they are meetin up at the ashbury suites.

I just added my daughter to our flight, she is 19, do you think I need to call the hotel and add her to my room?  I doubt she will attend the conference, she just won't let my husband and I go anywhere without her  :o
