R ya going to the conference?
That's all what they ask,
Well if I gots conf-dence,
And up to the task.

But where will you stay?
Musicman you must tell,
Me thinks there's no choice,
Twill be the Roach Hump Hotel.


They all point and laugh,
Man, hey you so cheap,
Try Red Roof or Days,
Least they clean their sheets.

I say money's kinda tight,
Need a way not to fall,
But they remind me, right,
About the thumps in the walls.

But those are my friends,
And they don't eat much,
Just a box of cheeze its,
And the rest of my lunch.

But the bed will be mine,
Cuz the floor's where they dine,
And let me assure you,
They leave little bug gue.

So as we hear Ray,
Twill bring along no stray,
For roaches can't tell,
Of why there's no hell.

But I've heard every Joke,
And jive about the smell,
But no changen what's wrote,
Tiz still the Roach Hump Hotel.

Musicman, this is why God created you!!
You are too strange to be around people so you gotta sleep with roaches...
I won't even go into that!! I knew this would happen...I knew your poetic nature would have to come out!!
Oh my Gosh!! You are really a poet!!! The last time you wrote poetry it was about evolution....you are a very talented, strange, and hilarious guy!! I'm so glad you're here! I don't think anyone else could really appreciate you like we do!!

Heck, some of us here don't even appreciate you!  BUT I really DO!!! So...I guess if your spontaneity will let you and there is room at the roach place...maybe, possibly...you MIGHT go to the conference..well at least we're sure about that!!

you are indeed quite unique, but your heart is the Lord's, and of that you are sure.
never give up on our Lord musicman.  He may even have a plan for you to be able to stay at the other hotel.  da ashbury...

           Thankyou for your care and concern. I don't Post as often as I did in the past, trying to be more selective in my comments, especially when Posting in General Discussions. Pam and I just moved recently to a nicer and safer area. Talked to Linny on the phone last night, she's doing very Well. Music man has a way of making ones day and putting a smile on your face.
