Last week when we talked about this subject i told you that God ordained that call and let me tell you, "I started the Asparagus treatment on Saturday morning and by Saturday evening at 9:00 pm the 6 millimeter stone was dissolving with very little pain and it was finished passing by Monday afternoon with no pain just a little discomfort and let me tell you i have been passing stones since 1980 and after 29 years of doctors telling me that there really wasn't anyway to dissolve the kind of stones that i get.
Thank you my, "Brother Roy"!

All this stuff really comes down to personal choice, if you eat junk and don't exercise you're more likely to get ill, coversely if you eat healthily as possible and only eat a bit of junk a few times a week and take some exercise daily then you're more likely to have a better quality of life. Having said that, what will be will be. Everybody's looking for a panacea, but God decides when your numbers up. Truth is we just have to try to make better choices with the circumstances we find ourselves in on a daily basis, but we don't know what our life ahead is, 0only God knows that, it's a plan.
Succumbing to the will of God is a bind:), but hey! That's the way the cookie crumbles. Asparagus, tomatoes, brocolli, yams, kiwi's, pineapples, acacia berries, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, water melon, etc, all fight off free radicals, Dutch water melon has large ammounts of Super Oxide Dismutase (S.O.D.) in it, which is a highly effect antioxidant and it help produce DNA.
The point is eat well, now and again have some thing naughty that you fancy and exercise regularly, but always try to exercise SELF-CONTROL, it's a fruit you know, lol.

Hi cjwood,
perhaps I inadvertantly NLP'd your mind with all that sparkling ice cold lemonade, freshly sqeezed lime juice, chopped pinapple rings and tangerines, just bursting open on you tongue as you await your crispy fried chicken wings in texan smoked barbaque and lemon sauce to follow, lol.
God keep ya.
