Doublethink


Doublethink is a word described in the fictional language of Newspeak and the act of simultaneously accepting as correct two mutually contradictory beliefs. It is related to, but distinct from, hypocrisy and neutrality.

I dont think ive every seen a better word for christianity.

Anyone got anything better?

Doublethink.... I have not heard of the word but if it is related to hypocrisy, sitting on the fence, having their cake and eating it too,  lukewarm  cowardice then for me   "Doublethink" earns its place and its own special class of self idolising, convoluted forked tonged deliberation in confusion and free will believing blind enmity towards God identifiable by quote.... the act of simultaneously accepting as correct two mutually contradictory beliefs! Exactly!
