Forgive me Arcturus, was feeling pretty stupid and embarrassed by my post and acted rash when I was lead by my emotions to delete it. Your responses were good and of the Spirit and I didnt mean to try and diminish them.

I've been on this diet for far too long, I really wanted it to work out but I think I should fire this diet cause it ain't working out for the greator good! ;D
