It speaks...
« on: February 15, 2010, 02:54:14 AM »

Hello everyone! I have been studying the teachings here on BT for about a year and a half now and this is my first post. I've read most of the papers at least twice. I've listened to all the audios and seen all the videos, some of them probably twenty times. I say this only to let you know where I'm at. I was a member of this forum once before but was terminated due to inactivity.

I praise God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ for having mercy on me and for revealing some marvelous spiritual truths to me. I have truly been blessed and humbled, and I pray that through his Grace I might accomplish Good Works and bring glory to his name.

I look forward to growing in Christ with you all, God willing.

Hi Brad Pinelli,

I'm Indianabob, welcome back.
My daughter Karen LaDuca lives about 65 miles NW of you in Phillipsburg, NJ
She grew up in Crown Point and then Culver, Indiana and is now married to Sal LaDuca. Karen is almost 48 and a true believer, but not on the forum.

Three other offspring Scott, Kathryn and David and my Boss Doris.

Hope to hear from you often and I hope you are weathering the snow in good condition.

Hi Brad,

Glad you re-joined the Forum and looking forward to your comments and insight. Although my Forum name is Samson, chosen due to Historical Life Experiences with Women of my Past(Name-Samson), My name is Brad, too. Just out of curiosity, are You a Bradley or a Bradford. I'm a Bradley, used to hate it when my Mom used to yell my full name when I was a Kid, it used to decalsify my spine. When younger, I preferred my middle Name-Alan. Anyway, glad your here.

                                 Kind Regards, Samson.

Thank you all for your replies!

To indianaBob:
Glad to hear I'm not the only one here in NJ who is a true believer.
I have a daughter, Mindy Rose, who will be 10 in May (I'll be 42 in May), and my wife's name is Maggie.
I hope to speak often (but not as often as I listen though) and yes I am weathering the snow ok, thanks.

To G.Driggs and cherokee:
Nice to meet you too and thanks for the warm welcome.

To Brad aka Samson:
I am a Bradford but prefer to be called Brad, Bradford sounds more like a last name to me.
My middle name is John.

To Ninny:
Thank you and I'm glad to be here!
I am confident that I'm in good company and look forward to getting to know all of you as well.

To Arcturus:
Good to be here!
Yes, the surname is italian, my Grandfather's parent's moved here from Sicily.
Although the original spelling was "Pennelli", my Grandfather changed it (accidentally or on purpose I don't know) to "Penelli".

Welcome Brad!
NJ isn't very big so I'll ask if you are near Bound Brook? My sister and her pastor husband live there and have their ministry in Zarephath.
They do not believe as we nor do they really know much about what we believe I'd say.
We try to visit the area once a year.
Looking forward to getting to know you better!

Hi Brad,

I'm glad you have joined us  :)
You have read quite a bit, I think that's what it takes in gaining a good understanding, since to learn truths upon the truths you already know.  What I mean you gain so much as you read through the articles, but then when you go back you know more, so you can understand things you didn't pick on the first time. The fellowship is important too, as we seek to help others we certainly help ourselves too. It's good to have questions answered from all these believers with different perspectives about these truths.
Here are the main links to what we have available here.

Thanks Linny, Kat, and Silvia and I look forward to getting to know all of you better.

Linny, I am about 46 miles away from Bound Brook although I am not familiar with the area (I don't get out much).

Kat, I agree, each time I re-read an article I usually pick-up something I either didn't see or didn't understand the last time.
