??? I just noticed his name is shaded out. That means his account was closed(either by him, default or banned) Anybody know what happened?

My prayers for God's will to be done in his life.

Heb 10:32  But you must continue to remember those earlier days, how after you were enlightened you endured a hard and painful struggle.

Sometimes we just don't know what God is doing, or why He does what He does in leading us here and there. I deleted my account because I was led to do so. I am back because I was led to do so.
I apologize that I left without notice. We think we know what we are going to do today or tomorrow, but today and tomorrow doesn't belong to us, we know not our steps, nor our thoughts. Oh! how God teaches us these things.
One of these days I'll know not to say that (I'm) going to do this and that, go here and there.

Peace brother and sisters

Welcome back, Roy.  I'm so sorry about your son.  (I like the picture you posted of him re the memorial service.  He looks so kind.)

Well welcome back Roy.

I always make plans and say that I am going to this or that if the Lord wills it.

I think He expects us to live that way:

Jam 4:15  'For that ye [ought] to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.'  KJV

Jam 4:15  'Instead, you ought to say, "If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that."' NIV

Enjoy the ride and I hope you learn as much here as I do.
