Happy Birthday Cindy & Carol

[Samson]

A Happy Birthday to Cindy(Pylady) & Carol(Carol V),

Two Forum Members with several years under their belt in Forum membership. Carol, I recently read a Post of yours explaining your 15 minute short workouts for great results, it's very true. You might be interested in reading the training methods of Arthur Jones(Inventor of Nautilus exercise equipment), Ellington Darden & Mike Mentzer who all advocated short brief workouts for better recovery and results. Long drawn out workouts impede recovery and overly tax the central nervous system.

Cindy: Happy Birthday to a Former JW like myself, we can both be gratefull to God for helping us escape that Religious Regime.

Hope you both have many more in God' Service, Samson.
