Good morning Ed J.
I'm from Central USA also.
Plymouth, Indiana to be specific.
This a a town of about 15,000 in the center of a corn field with some industry but mostly
just common folks trying to get by.
I'm 75, married 49 years and with 4 children who know what I believe and what we teach
on the forum and mostly are comfortable with it. Mostly because God has been good to me
and partly because I don't push it on them. Wife is also agreeable and she has an active
independent mind. Again I don't push I just 'splain what I think and she says "that's interesting".
Like most of us I had to learn the hard way that truth is a gift and my intellect and diligent
study did NOT gain any truth for me apart from God's gracious gift.
My main point is that God gave me a special wife to keep me humble and she is quite persistent
in carrying out her task. (smile)
We all look forward with joy to see a new brother in our midst.
It is a blessing to each one of us to get to know you and to be able to serve you as God allows.
Please do share your feelings and a little of your personal history as we get to know you better.
Warm welcome, Indianabob
