Thanks everybody. It is surreal, hard to believe I finally got a grandbaby.

Dave, I was thinking I like just plain ole Grandmaw, but Grammy is nice too. But I hear it will be whatever she comes up with or can say at first.

I'm certainly old enough to be a grandma and most my friends are but I started late on babies and still have desires for more babies of my own.  :o We are keeping a baby so I get my baby fix daily.

Congrats Kat--my mom is Meemaw to my niece and nephew--daddy is Pawpaw.  Never thought they'd go for that but it stuck since the kids came up with it.  Like you say--it will be whatever they say first.  :D
