Im back to the light! Thank God... good to be here.. :)
newborn:
Arcturus,
You know what, I really thought that I was spiritually strong when I was back at my hometown in philippines. I was there when I first came to know about this site.
Then I decided to work abroad for the first time, in the heart of the Muslim world - Saudi Arabia.
I was surrounded by Muslims, it's difficult. I am here working as a salesman in a bookstore.
Things are very hard here...
The super hot and super cold weather..
The people... I NEVER MET SUCH ARROGANT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE TO BE HONEST..
Really... there are British, Americans, Asians, but I kid you not, this country feels
like they are the most important people in the world...
My only hope is God.
My flesh is weak, but through God, he can help me overcome anything....
I AM KEEPING HOLD OF HIS PROMISE, IMMORTAL LIFE, PEACE, HAPPINESS AND JOY
I want to see HIM face to face, learn from Him, no more worries and problems..
I am in tears right now,,, tears of joy,,, KNOWING THAT GOD CARES FOR MY LIFE
FOR BRINGING ME HERE TO FELLOWSHIP WITH MY BRETHREN.
Thank you for all the support my brothers and sisters...
We will see each other soon in heaven... ;-)

jassy:
Hi Remo
I know through my husband how difficult the conditions can get in that part of the world. One thing that did stand out was the arrogance but the climate topped it.
That you are there is no accident, God moved your heart to be exactly where you are. And the communication problem has a purpose as well.
It seems whenever you desperately need to have contact all is taken away from you. This desert, so to speak, is where we meet the Lord more strongly than in comfort, at home, surrounded by loved ones. The strangest thing, I find, is that even though you walk with Him in such a personal way you feel totally alone and unsupported. But you undergo a change in your heart and realise when the season of dryness is over that you were carried and held close to His chest.
God has given you amazing courage and strength of character to move and work as a stranger in a strange land.
There are not many who would want to walk that path.
Blessings to you this new year and beyond

newborn:
Jassy and Grape, thanks for the support...
Jassy, your point is very well said.... there's nothing more to add to it. ;-)
I am happy and thankful to bond with my brothers and sisters here...
I'm always looking forward to that moment...
When all people are going to think the same way as ours....
Giving, Loving, Caring, Selflessness, True worship in spirit,
Humility, Charity...
What would it be like in Heaven? :-)
Just thinking of how majestic and grand it is.
Surely, God would never let it be just some place...
"Eye has not seen, ears have not heard, what God has prepared to those who love Him"
Remembering this verse makes me cry and gives me strength.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart...
You keep my spirit stronger....
Eventhough we don't see each other is person
We meet "in spirit"
That's is why I have no doubt about the validity of the bible.
Everything in it, feels like the absolute truth.
Thanks, Thanks, Thanks...
