is there any value atall in the teachings of hell believing christendom?
JohnMichael:
Mat 6:24 (WNT)
No man can be the bondservant of two masters; for either he will dislike one and like the other, or he will attach himself to one and think slightingly of the other. You cannot be the bondservants both of God and of gold.
Or put another way, you cannot be a bondservant of both the Truth and Babylon. God says:
Rev 18:4 (WNT) Then I heard another voice from Heaven, which said, "Come out of her, My people, that you may not become partakers in her sins, nor receive a share of her plagues.
He didn't say hang around and tiptoe through the tulips. :)

So how it is possible that they are wrong? There are three options. The first, they know the Truth but omit some of its aspects for their personal reasons. The second, they don't see the Truth and don't know their teaching is wrong. The third, they can't accept the Truth, they see it but are not able to believe it.

All three, Dawidos. The 'fourth' (and overarching) reason is that God is Sovereign. He makes the blind to see.

Love it John Michael!! This made me ;D, especially when I think of how long I tiptoed. Kinda makes your feet really hurt after awhile.

I have nothing profound to add to the excellent responses, David. Unless of course it is profound to say that I am extremely gratified to be associated with you and other people who are members of this forum. I'm a relatively new member and I have appreciated and learned from what has been shared with you today and Ray's teaching which, apparently, God intended to bring all of this (fellowship) about.

John 5:39
(ISV) You examine the Scriptures carefully (maybe even a lifetime) because you suppose that in them you have eternal life. Yet they testify about me.
I wouldn't say that they know nothing. They definitely know something, they know a lot of stuff. Like most all of us did. What they don't know is what we are all learning now. We have been blessed to find or be led to discover some of the hidden treasure cloaked in the Scriptures that they have yet to be let in on.
