By the way. This wasn't written by me, although I can definitely identify with much in it. I should be so funny and articulate! it was sent to me and I had to share it with you guys. I'm thrilled that you enjoyed it like I did!  ;D

... My kids say the same thing, join Facebook, email is so old school. Yeah, yeah, but so am I  :-\!

Got the cell phone thing down too...I think, although they are notorious for being elusive, as you point out. I still think
one should be kept attatched to the kitchen wall.

i reread this thread tonite, and cracked up after reading through janine's post again.  i bolded part of her statements above, because after reading it through again tonite i caught myself thinking, hmmmm?? is she having one of those 'subliminal thought' moments?   as in, "do i still think that one of 'the kids' need to be kept attached to the kitchen wall?"   ;) :D :D ;)

i know you really meant that you still think a phone should attached to the kitchen wall.  i remember those days well.

Hi
Loved your post I think you are what some people would call a 'digital refusnik' a rare breed indeed.

LOL @ Claudia.

When I was a kid, I was my Dad's remote control.  Makes sense that you should keep a kid attached to the kitchen wall.

Wow!

This was a timely post, with a funny and ironic post. I have been thinking in these lines in the last couple of years. It's just too much information and too many things you need to have an opinion about. Thank God my parents have a cabin in the mountain so we can get away from all the busyness in town. When staying there we even take our watches off. Life is getting to busy, too hectic. You hit the nail on the head with your post.

God bless you all,
Eirik
