I listened to the Trailer related to the Fat Head Movie, that's precisely what Dr. Atkins & others have said: Saturated Fat does not raise Cholesterol Levels, it's sugar(mainly refined Carbohydrates & even some so-called "Good" Carbohydrates) and The Fat Head Movie seems to show this. This is great.  I thought this forum would just be about Bible Truths.com, but I'm so glad Craig and Samson shared about nutrition.  I am currently studying nutrition, not at a school, but wherever I find it.  I'm over weight and am on high blood pressure medicine and am striving, with the Lord's help to get healthier.  I believe the Lord wants a healthy body. 
Thank you for sharing and thank God for my brothers and sisters on this forum.
