Hello forum. Just 'finally' giving an introduction. Officially joined maybe 3 weeks ago but finally putting something here. Also in hopes in gaining a new friend in christ. As y'all may know, this walk can be a lonely walk. I guess I can say I need not only a godly friend but now a godly friend who shares the same truths :). I've known about bible-truths for 6 years now. And it has reshapped my beliefs and everything I've known about God and its been a blessing and made me lonely as well. So yea, I live in Winston Salem NC, 24 yr old black male. Oh, my name is Shelton btw, but I my middle name is Eugene ;). Ive been blessed by the forum as well and I love this. So yea, I hope to meet some new friends and family in christ

hi newgene eugene.  there are new friends to meet on the forum.  but, outside of this place, it is a lonely place as far as person to person meetings with like minded people.  the Truths revealed on bibletruths is a truth that not many care to hear about.  they cannot comprehend it.  but, that's ok too cause it is our Father's will at this time.  i hope though that God might bless you one day with being able to physically meet another forum member.    i look forward to hearing more from you as you come to the forum to study, discuss, and share.

It can be a lovely walk, it takes a long while to get your bearings it seems. This is a good places to talk to like minded believers for encouragement and so you know you are not alone.

Hello Eugene and welcome to the forum. :)

We are a "friendly" bunch of people, so I am confident that you can find a like-minded friend here.  Reaching out to a member via PM is a good way to start getting to know someone.  Even if you do not live near a person, communicating with someone is easier than ever these days with all the technology we have available.  One of my closest friend and spiritual sister lives over 900 miles from me, but we manage to stay very close regardless of the distance.
