October last year we were in a accident , hit from behind.  it really messed up my back.   the pain continue to get worst to the point where i have become disable.  i lost my home health care business and have had to stay  pretty immobile. finally got to a decent doctor and he tole me to take 3,000 mg of omega 3 daily   it has change my life i can move around again.   my back was constantly in spasms, inflammation had set in  i believe the omega 3 is reducing the inflammation
