I know you wouldn't do it anyway
« on: March 04, 2012, 01:58:54 PM »

My birthday comes up later this month and I am asking from now, PLEASE DO NOT SEND any greetings. I am trying not to be reminded of my age (59). If you think this year's bad, next year is even worse when I hit the big 60! Thanks in advance ;D
I am so darn presumptuous. Like any of you give a crap about my birthday! Ha Ha

;D You can deselect the option that allows for people to see your age/b-day.

I'll know what you feel in another 10 years if I am blessed to live that long brother.  I'm staring at turning 50 in July and it seems like only 15 to 20 years ago I was still in high school.  Where does the time go?  Mother always told me that as you get older the time really starts to fly and she was right!  Blessings......

Hey Gina,
There are two ways to look at getting old.
You can take pride that you survived this long OR....

Well I forget the second one, but it was good.

haha, __________Bob, If forgetfulness is a sign of old age I know a 25-year-old who's about 300 years old.

That's a deal, Claudia. I won't if you won't, and I'll show you mine if you show me yours:)
I still can't believe Marques is so young. I want to see his birth certificate - the long form.
Thanks for your great advice Gina, Gina, Gina.
Bob, you write in jest what is harsh reality for me (what's the point you made? I forget)
And Arion, 50 is golden. Problem is once you get past it and start going down the hill. It's as if you're on a sled barelling down the slope into ... old age!!??
Hey it's all in the mind! :D
At least that's what they say. (Who the heck is 'they')
