Ray is in the Hospital

--- Quote from: GodISGracious on May 22, 2012, 09:30:30 AM ---I was just reading this last evening from one of Ray's conference papers.
People sometimes will call me on the phone and the first thing they will do is apologize or they will send an email and say, ‘I apologize I’m asking this question.’ I say you don’t need to apologize, I don’t get to them all, but you don’t need to apologize to me for writing. I don’t give my telephone number out to very many people, because I know even if they used it with restraint, I would probably be on that phone and I wouldn't have time to do anything. But they apologize that they are taking my time… who me, that’s what I live for. That’s why I am here, that’s why I exist. That’s what my only goal in life is any more, is to do the will of God. Whatever that is, I going to do that. So don’t apologize if you ask me to help you in some spiritual way, that’s why I exist, that’s what I live for, that’s my life.
May we strive to live like him, selflessly, Christlike.
We will miss him so. :'( :'(
God bless you all

Our Dear L. Ray, You are such a blessing to so many and your life was such a testimony of our Lord. Thank you so much for all your efforts and the love you showed to the Body of Christ. Your blessings are coming soon and your pain will be turned into joy. I am certain when the resurrection takes place you will be there to embrace so many of us that you never even knew in person. God bless you Sir and we will meet in the future! Much love to you and your wife. She obviously loved you very much and stood by you through it all. May she be a joint heir in the grace of life as it states in 1 Peter 3:7.

1 Corinthians 15:52 (KJV)
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Dear Brother Ray, it's almost time... and then, from your perspective, in the twinkling of an eye, you shall be changed! That brings profound comfort to my heart and hopefully to others as well.
Until my time comes I will remember you and the wonderful Gospel you've shared with us all, and I will continue to pray and strive to obey it.
God, Father, Lord, please give us the wisdom to comfort and edify each other in this time of sorrow.
Brad

I have not posted here much at all for a while, but I have been here reading and studying and praying. I appears that Ray is ready for his ultimate healing. If this is God's will, may his ultimate healing be quick and painless. God has always been in control in Ray's life and always will be. Amen.

I'm sorry to be reading about Ray's hospitalization. Whatever the outcome, his life is a testament to the glory and goodness of the Lord.
