Oklahoma's So Hot Street Lamps Are Melting

Turns out a nearby dumpster fire destroyed these lamps (lame reporters got me again.   >:(  ::)  :P )

Somebody is definietely trying to burn us down! There are many wildfires going on!!
It is hot enough to cook food on the sidewalk though!!LOL

I love that picture.  That's the only reason I started this thread.   ;D  It's chimerical. 

You're thinking of cooking your eggs and bacon on the sidewalk to cut your electric bill, aren't you?  Picture this:

You're outside in a muscle man shirt, shorts and flip flops holding a spatula (are you wearing an apron?  Well are you?  :P)

You crack open an egg (with one hand, of course) over a cast iron skillet and while you're standing there you realize the bacon's not showing any signs of sizzlin any time soon. And then, much to your surprise, you find yourself wishing it was hotter.

(Yeah...chimerical's my new favorite word.)
