Just a few words to introduce myself. My name is Gary, I am 60 years old and happily married to my wife Kalie. Was raised in the United Pentecostal Church but left that organizations a good number of years ago. I than joined a Non Denomination Church that was Pentecostal in style. Left that also after a few years. I have come to believe that the Church world that I was a part of is for the most part a bunch of foolishness.

I have been reading Ray Smith's writing for several years now. I agree with his teachings. I believe that God as totally in control of this world and all that are in it. It is so wonderful to know that my life has been in Gods hands; everything has been ordered by Him. He has a plan for me and mine.

I do want to say that I really appreciate Ray's paper "When The Towers Fall" (Isa 30:25). In light of the problems of this world and especially the United States of America I grieve at what I see going on. At the same time I still know that our Heavenly Father is in control. I am not politically active in any way with the politics of this world. I just make myself small, obey the laws of the land and follow on to know the Christ is all His fullness.

I was a member of this forum a few years ago under another account but I was not active at that time. I have rejoined the forum and would like to fellowship with you in this manner. If I can join in with the conversation, offer encouragement, hope,  give an opinion and receive from each of you I would be highly honored.

Hi Gary,

I'm glad you have joined us  :)
Yea we have to go into the church and learn first hand of the deception there. But when God finally brings us out and shows us His wonderful truth, what a joy and blessing that is. I don't think anybody could realize the amazing relief of coming to know the one true God as much as somebody who has been bogged down in the church system.

I find that having this forum to disuss these truths with other believers is very helpful, "iron sharpens iron." Do join in as you so desire, it is always good to have another believers prespective.
