Gina  well its just that i realizes i was depressed and had a negative attitude about my life so I am beginning to change that.  I know from Rays teaching
God is in control of all my life in a broad sense and that the things that has happen to me my gloomy side really make them worst than better in my head. When i was thinking about this  i felt this energy or excitement inside me and knew that changing to have a grateful disposition was what the Holy Spirit was showing me.
