Sunday Complaints

After church one Sunday morning, a mother commented, "The choir was
awful this morning."

The father commented, "The sermon was too long."

Their 7-year-old daughter added, "You've got to admit it was a pretty
good show for a dollar."

I went to church Sunday night to hear my daughters sing, and I saw people at the front desk taking 'debit cards' for offerings and such.  TOO MUCH!

Debit card?  You've got to be kidding.  Geez, and I thought it was bad when they insisted that you fill out one of those little card things and put money in the plate for the days you were gone.  What's next....automated paycheck deductions?  Unbelievable...

They're taking debit cards now? That's really disgusting, what Christianity has become. That's Babylon for you.

Oh, and when I still went to church (which was quite long ago ;)   ) I did always see music cd's, and books, and flags, for sale. Amongst other things as well. How is that any different then what the Pharisees did in their Synagogues, when Jesus over turned their tables and called it a "Den Of Thieves"?  I can't believe I didn't see this back then.
I attended not only a Synagogue Of Satan, with a hellmonger Pastor (and guest Pastors) but also a "Den Of Thieves".

It isn't any different Sorin.  There is a display full of cd's of the pastor's sermons.  It's like a gift shop in the foyer of the church, and your right, it is disgusting.

Hi mongoose, I was at a church a few months ago, and FOR OUR CONVENIENCE the envelope included information for pre-authorized weekly or monthly payments.
I believe it is for THEIR convenience.
