Cessationism vs. Continuationism?

Forgive me, but yes, it's an ISM alert!  ;D  ...Are there any emails, or studies by Ray that tackle the issue of Cessationism vs. Continuationism?

I knew he wouldn't use those words. :)  I admit that I used them out of pure laziness, in a CliffsNote fashion. ;)
