  Hello Everyone, My name is Loretta. I found Ray's Website about 8 years ago.
I had just moved and could not get TBN on TV anymore so I did a web search for TBN and came across the Letters to John Haggee and Dr. James Kennedy from Ray Smith. It is so good to finally have some truth. At first it seemed like I was doing something wrong when I read what Ray Smith wrote. I would read a little and click off real quick like, then sneak back and read some more. I say sneak cause it did seem like I was sneaking even though I knew God could see and he already knew what I was doing.

I had been watching TBN for about 5 years before I found Ray's Website. While I now know they do not teach the truth and I will never watch them again.  At that time in my life I needed them I guess, well I needed a relationship with Jesus. My dad was diagnosed with prostrate cancer and was told he had about 2 months to live and he lived for 10 more years, I was healed from numerous lumps in both breast and under right arm, every time I felt them or they came to mind I would pray out loud "By his stripes I am healed. In Jesus Christ name I pray, amen" and then one day I realized I hadn't prayed in a long time about the lumps and it dawned on me it was cause they were gone. That was 12 years ago and I am still lump free.

I have missed being able to study the Word with other people. I feel like Lot's wife, In that I have been looking back. I started watching Creflo Dollar recently and he has changed some of his sermon but he still doesn't teach the whole truth.  So I was praying about I want to hear the truth while I am doing my work. I don't have time to do much reading but my ears aren't busy. And I was lead here to the forum and there are videos of Ray's messages. Yea!! Why did I have to wait so long.

One thing is for sure, if you want to see a "Christian" loose his cool, tell him everyone is saved. I had a man screaming obscenities at me in a Christian Book Store because he overhead me tell my friend that everyone was saved. He even followed me out to the parking lot and was screaming at me across the lot.

God bless Ray Smith for being a blessing to me. I also want to thank those who have posted the audio and video of Ray's Sermons.
I am thankful to be here and look forward to meeting everyone!

John 8:36  So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

That's what I experience since being here.

I'm sure most of us here have experienced something similar. It disrupts the carnal mindset to hear that God will eventually reconcile us all.

Like Ray says... They don't want to believe God will save everyone because of their carnal wicked hearts.  I had that carnal and wicked heart too until God graced me out of it.

Hi Loretta and welcome - yes we get dragged to the truth that God will save all. For me I love this parable in Matthew 13:44

"The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field"

Welcome Loretta.  This is your namesake here!

Like you too, there was a period in my life where God ministered to me through God TV and other channels.  Till I came by Ray's website, I thought I had been saved through Benny Hinn Ministries!  Anyway to cut a long story short, God moved me very gently out of 'churchianity' and into the light of His truth.  I am still learning and with love and humility, this forum is a great place to be.
