It looks like a regular tricycle and someone went to a lot of trouble to put that body on it.

The paint is awful but if it were cleaned up a little and painted properly I think it would look pretty cool.

But my first thought was it is way to hot there to sit in it. Not practical.

I don't think it is a tricycle I think it is two bicycles.  Which is kinda cool, I've never seen two bicycles connected side by side.

I don't know if you guys seen, but it is a Jeep of some sort, must be the new "green" version.
