se7en, i just laughed so loud outside on my backporch that i had to cover my mouth, so my neighbors didn't think i'd really gone off the deep end.  (little do they know  ).  hilarious comic, the far side was.  and still is.

Hahaha Claudia, so glad you got a laugh out of that. The Far Side cartoons have got to be one of my most favorite comics of all time

I also like Jack Handey stuff. But he didn't use illustrations, just words. A few of my favorites...

"Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word
 itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words -
 "mank" and "ind".  What do these words mean ? It's a mystery, and
 that's why so is mankind."
