Hey everyone! My name is Collin and have just joined this forum. I have known about BT for some time now, and have finally joined the forum in hopes that others are still on this forum and still having wonderful discussions. I have been outside the ring of Christian Orthodoxy for about 3 years now [that would have made me 18 I suppose at the time] and have had some intense confrontations with people [including my former pastor]. I was called a heretic and was told that everything I was reading and professing was an absolute lie.

I have been eagerly searching for like-minded believers in Universalism and other various truths that are brought forth in L. Ray's teachings. I am so glad that this site is still up and available to the public. I have also recently formed my own website called traditiontotruth.com. I have a variety of information [not so much at this point since I just started the website, but am adding things each day] from BT's, Tentmaker.org, studyshelf.com, and various other studies that I have done on my own. I would like to start a forum page on my site if anyone happens to know how to do that type of thing.

I have so many questions for the current users on here and would love to have discussions with some people about various Biblical matters. So glad to be a part of this forum and look forward to talking to you guys soon!

Welcome to the forum 
It is usually hard for people to comprehend how somebody can walk away from the church when they are still immersed in it. Yes some will seek to 'save' you from your certain doom, but I feel sorry for their ignorance and deception.

Just come in when you need to and ask questions that you have and you will find people glad to be helpful. I think the interaction we have here with other like minded believers is very helpful to our growth and encouragement.

Welcome to the forum! Looking forward to getting to know you more!

If you want to create a forum for your website there are a couple of good ways to go about it.  Completely free by using Wordpress... it's web design software that unpacks and creates server side functions that enable you to create things like blogs/forums and databases, to include unique user login and passwords for people that want to visit.

You can also pay a small fee to have a website host a forum for you, then you link to the forum from your main page. One is free and you create it yourself (it's not too hard, lots of tutorials online for Wordpress) and the other is cheaply maintained. Whatever your preference might be.
