I am sorry everybody. I made a mistake. I guess I wanted so badly to be healed of this that I actually thought I was. What happenend was, I had taken some pain medicine a few hourse before I prayed and I guess coincidentally it must have kicked in at the right time because for a while the pain was gone. I was so exited I forgot all about the medicine. But now it's coming back and therefore I'm obviously not healed. I just embarrassed myself. Sorry.  :(

**stupid me**

I should have known it was too good to be true...

Why would God heal a wretch like me?

Dear Sorin,
My heart goes out to you. Even though you give up (or gave up) on God, He is still God, He is still sovereign, and He doesn't change. We change because we are sinful and He wants to correct us and take that sin out. As you know, (and as I am learning also by reading everyone's posts on this forum), it is painful, but whom God loves He scourges. We can't do it on our own (as you know), so He does it for us...

I can't read your post and stay quiet, Sorin, I so want you to seek God and find his joy again.

You say you prayed for the first time in a long time, 1Thess 5:17  PRAY WITHOUT CEASING.
God wants to hear from you Sorin. Let Him know how you feel and let Him know you CANNOT live without Him. When we come to God broken, that's when he fixes us.

God doesn't change. He is waiting for you to humble yourself before Him.

I hope this letter doesn't offend in any way, I want only to help you find a way out of this distress.
Your sister in the faith,
Marie

Sorin:
Thanks for the kind and encouraging words Bobby and Marie. I understand, I need to pray without ceasing and be thankful that even though I'm Ill I still have a roof over my head and food to eat. Thanks for your prayers also. I just hope I'll be well enough to work soon.

God bless you both,
Sorin

P.S. I apologize again for thinking I was healed, and making you guys think I was healed.

 Isaiah 35

1The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

2It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD, and the excellency of our God.

3Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

4Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

5Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

6Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

7And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

8And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

9No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

10And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
