Of course it makes a difference to the Elect. We have Bible apps for our phones. We might not accomplish Matthew 6:27, but if we do the reverse, not worry but be joyful, guess what? Studies have shown that we get to live longer.

I forgot to add that the ways we can potentially use smartphones for our benefit reminds me of the TRICORDER from Startrek.
