The book of Rhys, always a good read.

I learned how to make chocolate covered cherries from that book! :)

the book of rhys is chocked full of chocolate truths.  gooey on the inside but strong in form and sweet to smell.  good stuff.  good eats.  the book of chocolate knowledge melts in your mouth, not in your hands.
