Humans of New York
"I've got an interview tomorrow at Mt. Sinai. I'm trying to get into their medical program."
"What's the most frustrating thing about the human body?"
"That there's so much we don't know about it. Studying the human brain is like staring into outer space."

this was where i got that link from.  i liked the page "friends of new york", and saw where someone had posted the link in their comment.

"friends of new york" is a very interesting site.  my daughter suggested i check out their webpage.

Epically beautiful

Yeah that friends of new york page is very neat. It's interesting to hear the comments of everyone that gets their picture taken.

'' The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. " Psalm14:1

Talk about the fact that we don't know everything about the human body. On NPR, I listened to an interview of a doctor who discovered another set of light sensors in the human eye; they appear to help regulate our sleep cycles. Even blind people with a working set of these light sensors can tell when light is being shone in their eyes. If the eyes are removed, a person can no longer do this.

Another awesome fact of the brain in mice, most likely in humans too, we can read about at New 'mini-neural computers' found in the brain: http://cir.ca/s/H3m
