Well, you've figured out how to initiate a thread.  To reply to one, click the little 'reply' button just under the message box, type your reply, and click 'post'.
 
Don't worry about making a mistake.  Moderators can easily move your message to where you intended it if you do.

Kat should be along soon with a list of handy 'links' which will take you to the important bits and parts of the forum.

I'm glad you have joined us 
We come in here to discuss the truths we are learning from the main page of articles from Ray Smith.  If you have read much you will know that some of these things take a bit of contemplation to wrap your mind around. So come in here and join in the discussions or ask your own question, it really is great to have like minded people to  this discuss these wonderful truths with.
