A wonderful truth

I went through a similar situation at my workplace, but it was my BOSS who was causing all the trouble. One day the thought occurred to me to resign and move onward, and so I did, but that was what God had in store for me. I do sympathize with you in dealing with these evil people, though. I will pray for your situation.

Thank you for your prayers AwesomeSavior!

I have started looking at other jobs. I have been praying for a new job. Maybe the Lord is nudging me out of this job to get me into another, but I have been clinging to this one forgetting about my own request to Him. I'm dumb!

I heard the rumor that management wants each selector to pull 2000 cases per night. I have been consistently pulling around 1500 + cases a night. And even the hairs on my head are hurting! ROFL! I take ibuprofen 800 mg before I start working for relief. I usually take this pain med to alleviate the pain caused by shrapnels in my neck. At 47 years old, I think I am reaching my limits.

On Wednesday, the Lord God pushed me to finish the night at 114%! Praise His Name! Tonight I finished at 100%. Doing good! One more night and I'll be home free since next week it's my first week of vacation! Thank God! I've been waiting for it from the first of this year. Can you say Knott's Berry Farm???!!! ;)

one of the truest statements i have heard one make.  at least for me.   i constantly have to remind myself that i can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me.  He is our intercessor.  in all things.  hang in there theo p.

Hello Claudia, you know we all DESIRE to follow our Father's will. Now, putting that desire into action takes a lot of dying to the flesh. And this darn flesh will not go down without a fight! We shall die a little each day as the Lord fulfills His will in us.

My main problem is that I feel awfully bad when I fail. I feel I disappoint the Lord every time. This feeling kills me. I will keep enduring as God wills me. Thank you. :)

I like how Daniel 7:7 describes this battle that we're facing:

"After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, DREADFUL and TERRIBLE, and STRONG exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns". (Emphasis mine)

I just went through a major failing the other day, and those same feelings of intense disappointment cropped up. Satan plays a part in this as well, as he is described as the "accuser of the brethren" (Revelation 12:10 and Job 2:4-5), which is why we have to spiritually "put on the whole armor of God to stand against the schemes of the devil" (Ephesians 6:11).

I am comforted by the fact that God forgives us seventy times seven, as Jesus told Peter how often to forgive others (Matthew 18:22), and that "Love never fails" (1 Corinthians 13:8.) God IS love, therefore God NEVER fails. The Lord says to comfort others through Him "Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God". (2 Corinthians 1:4) Four mentions of the word "comfort" in one sentence!   :)

God Bless.

Any time we are inclined to feel depressed about our family members not listening to us, or mocking our beliefs, or society becoming more and more secular. . . just remember these words from Ray. God knows exactly what He is doing.  8)
