A motorist was mailed a picture of his car speeding through an speed camera.

A $140 speeding ticket was included.

Being cute, he sent the police department a picture of $140.

The police responded with another mailed photo -- of handcuffs.

Saw this on a simpsons episode years ago - Police chief Wiggum stops Homer for speeding, walks to the drivers side window and says " alright speedy, where's the fire?" Homer says "over there" Points to the police station - police station's on fire , so Wiggum charges Homer for pointing police stupidity :D
