Thanks for sharing Walt,
I've heard of this previously but needed the refresher.

Very bad government oversight.
Both political parties, know of this type of malpractice and we cannot trust any of them.
Why cannot they just throw it away and charge a little more for quality products?
I wonder if it is in other "prepared" meat products.
