Interesting. They don't really explain much behind how the proteins found their way back to the original shape and form they held before the boiling happened but I guess more will come in the following days on the details about that.

My curiosity is if the molecules did it all by themselves once they were "unboiled" or "untangled." This would seem to be pretty good evidence of intelligent design if the proteins somehow remembered their former structure even after being boiled into a mess of tangled primary and secondary structures.

Thoughts?
