This is pretty darn cute and clever:
Great comeuppance to a big United Airlines
A musician named Dave Carroll recently had difficulty with United Airlines.
He spent over nine months trying to get United to pay for damages caused by baggage handlers to his custom Taylor guitar.
During his final exchange with the United Customer Relations Manager, he stated that he was left with no choice other than to create a music video for YouTube, exposing their lack of cooperation. The manager responded: "Good luck with that one, Pal."
So, Dave posted a retaliatory video on YouTube. The video since has received over seven million hits. Here it is, for your pleasure.
United Airlines contacted the musician and attempted settlement in exchange for pulling the video.
Naturally, Dave's response was: "Good luck with that one, Pal."
Taylor Guitars sent the musician two new custom guitars in appreciation for the product recognition from the video that has led to a sharp increase in orders.

Ah bob! Youve called me out by name! I havnt had a chance to really listen to your song but from reading your post it appears to be a song for commercials. Im not a very big fan of those kind. For the sake of fairness, i will give it a listen ;)

That's good Bob.  Priced out a Taylor guitar?  I'd be upset too.  But I wouldn't be upset if Taylor sent two as replacements.  If the worst he did was a little tongue-in-cheek song, United got off lucky.

So I gave it a listen bob! Its entertaining but I don't know who the singer is. Should I know him?

I certainly hope United stops breaking guitars though!! Haha.
