An opposing Spirit.

Hey all,


I live next to a family across our street and, there is a man who is showing in every possible way, spiritually and physically that he is against any belief in Christ. He seems to be an Wiccan/idolised. I confirm that he is a liar and a deceiver from what i have heard and seen his kind of spirit. He has very well observed me and heard me in my home as i used to sing hymnals with my guitar. (Loudly) must i add, ..and maybe it was my fault for singing- Now, he feels the need to stalk, harass, and try to deceive me and try and get my attention in every way. It Is a very difficult spirit.  My spiritual life is attacked in my home.
Can anyone give any Bible verses on these difficul situations.

P.S I can't move out of my home :(

There are tons of bible verses that can give you comfort. But none of them mean anything if you don't believe that God is in total control of everything. Total.
That means that God is causing your neighbor to be creepy to you and He caused every bad thing that has happened to you ever. It's counter intuitive, but when you truly except that the way you have been viewing the world has been wrong, and that only God makes decisions, your neighbor and every other problem in life will go away. These problems will become blessings. They already are blessings, you just don't view them that way.

Sounds similar to my situation - I'm in the midst of locusts at my job.
Probably yours is more unpleasant than mine but like you,I also can't leave my job..for now.

Opponents are good for us,who are the elect,they make us grow.Imagine playing a sport without any opponents -- you wouldn't know your strengths and weaknesses or improvements that need to be implemented in your spiritual performances during every match you play.Thank God for your opponent,I believe at the end of the match you will win.

Another match i'm involved in currently:This opponent I live with is doing things that are annoying.The opponent goes to church and gets all sorts of junk(holy water,holy salt) and thinks that will help in getting closer to God.The opponent recently put holy salt inside my bedsheets--that was irritating.Like you,cannot move out of this home...for now though.

That neighbor of yours and my opponents are mountains to us,the elect,and I thank God for your mountains and mine and every other believer in Jesus,because these mountains WILL MAKE US RICH.

It may be as simple as you not being respectful of your neighbors peace and quiet.

How would you feel if he played heavy metal music (or whatever music you dislike a lot) so loud you could not get away from it.

I suggest you never play loudly again and give it some time to cool down.

Any reasonably intelligent person who devotes some time to studying Christianity as taught by the church will come to the same conclusion.

A faster way for this to cool down could be for you to apologize for playing so loudly.

He may be a very decent person.

I know a few agnostics and they are honest, decent people. One is in my home three or four times a week. He even has a key to my front door.

Dennis  advise is "Dead On" ;D, having  a humble or learning to be humble and respectful to

others is another  key to living a Godly life.
