Please pray, been in much pain with back spasms and painful bloated stomach. Can't sleep and so tired. Worst I have ever been and running out of tears.

Yes it is, they think the back issues are causing the air build up in my stomach

Thank you. Was my second visit there so hope there is not another. All my tests were good and spine is good just some narrowing of L5-S1 disc space but is OK so more of a muscular issue so will go to physio. Had reaction to NSAID tablets causing gastritis.

Thanks for the prayers and support. I slept well and feel good today, back is a bit stiff but ok. I got better medicine but only need if required.

Hey Rhys - glad you're feeling more comfortable mate. It amazes me the the amount of affliction and suffering members on this site go through as well as general anguish. It's real salt of the earth stuff I think and all from our Fathers hand. His children we must surely be.

I always feel empathy for those suffering and when you go through something like that I feel even more and look at what I can offer others even if just a smile.

I do various exercises but that doesn't stop you still having issues. I have not taken medication since leaving hospital as only prescribed on a if required basis so is a good thing I have not taken.

My back is much better now, still have some stiffness. I got xray done here in New Zealand but they did not do anything. I went to Taiwan for 3 weeks and just returned and as my wife is a nurse there she got me to see doctor there and they did xray and found a part of my spine was 13 degrees out so he gave me back injection then had physical therapy and doctor there also trained chiropractor so he did adjustment to fix it and getting better all the time. I need to do back exercises to help recover.
