Outside of marriage question

Hi All- I hope if you have a holiday today that it is a good one.
    I'm having this on again off again discussion with someone about sexual relations outside of marriage. Somewhere I read an article about marriage and about sexual things from Ray but I can't find it (maybe the oddest question I'll ask today ). He is of the mind that the only sexual sins that there are are listed in Leviticus and that is it.  Do you know where Ray addresses this? Thanks.
