Sins got you feeling down?

(1/2) > >>

Extol:
Here's some good news from Micah (7:18-20), the last words of his prophecy:

Where is the god who can compare with you—
wiping the slate clean of guilt,
Turning a blind eye, a deaf ear,
to the past sins of your purged and precious people?
You don’t nurse your anger and don’t stay angry long,
for mercy is your specialty. That’s what you love most.
And compassion is on its way to us.
    You’ll stamp out our wrongdoing.
You’ll sink our sins
to the bottom of the ocean.
You’ll stay true to your word to Father Jacob
and continue the compassion you showed Grandfather Abraham—
Everything you promised our ancestors
    from a long time ago.

Wanda:
Thank you Extol, for this comforting and loving reminder from our heavenly father.

John from Kentucky:
Thanks Jesse,

How refreshing to read God's thoughts from the Scriptures rather than others questions and opinions.

"Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins be as red as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;  though they be like crimson, they shall be as wool."  Isa 1:18

indianabob:
Great message Jesse, thanks for sharing.
We have so much to be thankful for and even more blessings to come.

Musterseed:
Thank you Jessie

1Tim. 4:7-10
Have nothing to do with silly irreverent myths. Rather, train yourselves for Godliness; for
while bodily training is of some value, Godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise
for the present life and also for the life to come. The saying is trustworthy and deserving of
full acceptance, for to this end we toil and strive because we have our hope set on the living
God, who is the Saviour of all people, especially of those who believe.

1Tim.6:13-14
I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things and of Christ Jesus who
in His testimony before Pontious Pilate , made the good confession, to keep the commandment
unstained and free from reproach until the appearing of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
