Thanks Susan
Sometimes I think it’s too late for me to change my diet. I have given up eating lobster and shrimp though, it was my favourite. I love sea food, lobster was the poor mans diet where I grew up.
My husband is a meat and potatoes guy, although lately he has been eating less.
This morning he told me that he is sick of this life. We are having trials and though I know
why we have these trials and why they are necessary, he of course sees them as crappy luck and believe
me, we have had many trials. All my husband ever wanted was a little cabin on a lake. I assured him
that there is definitely a lake in his future,😁

Dennis and Dean , I checked out the links you gave me. So confusing about those 12 foods that we
shouldn’t eat, like oats. All my life we ate this and even my doctor told me it was good for bringing
down cholesterol. I don’t know . There is so much out there , I don’t know what to believe about
food anymore. I know sugar is bad and yet I still love sweets, however I have cut down on those also.

God knows when, why and how we will die and I know our days are numbered, so I like to
think more like everything in moderation. Changing our diet slowly, but changing, nevertheless.
Dennis, I like the idea of taking minerals and vitamins , I just never ever took them. I remember
giving my kids Fred Flintstone vitamins and the closest I ever got to getting minerals when I was a kid
was sucking on rocks on our long trek to the swimming pool almost every day during our summers.

I find as I get older, 65 now, I don’t eat as much because I get heartburn from certain foods.
Heartburn is a good deterrent from drinking Pepsi. I was a big Pepsi drinker all my life and recently
stopping drinking it. When I was little, my mother put nipples on small bottles of coke . I remember
that. I don’t know why she did that.🤔 Anyway,

1Corth.5:18,,,,, All is of God
Eph.1:11,,,,the one who is operating ALL in accord with the council of His will.

Ray said” God is a stickler for details”. I believe it. Much love to you all.

Musterseed:

About those 12 bad foods... I use olive oil every day for cooking, which is one of his to avoid. I take their suggestions and see what works for me, and vice versa.

Everyone is different, and sometimes I experiment. I use a tiny bit of a new product to see if I have any negative reaction.

I’m in the process of eliminating things that upset my stomach and give me heartburn.

My husband is Quickly becoming part of that list. 😂😂😂😂

God bless you 💕

Musterseed,
I've been on the blood type diet for about two years now, I've felt results  and feel better. I do eat some things that are off the diet but only occasionally. There is a book on the diet I bought one on amazon. It tells you the foods that are healing to your blood type. Hope this helps.

Thanks Aubrey
I’ve never heard of a blood type diet but I will check it out.

One thing I don’t do is drink enough water so I’m freezing small bottles of it to lessen
my nighttime trips to the bathroom.

Is milk any good for the body, I don’t drink that either.

Hi Pamela,
Cows milk is for calves, baby cows, although using a little is O. K. or converting it to cheese by a fermentation process to preserve it for later use on one's travels. It is not especially good for baby humans who need their Mother's milk to provide them with initial immune system start up and a bonding with the mother that benefits them both immensely.   :)
Just one man's personal opinion. (smile)

Thanks Ibob
I always appreciate your personal opinions.😁

From generation to generation we have been bombarded
with false advertising. Remember the Milk  does the body good and
milk moustache years. They used hollywood and sports stars celebrities
to advertise it. I fell for it, and so many other lies. I was so naive.
Thank God for the  truth.

God Bless you my friend

Hi Dean

Sorry to hear about your loss. My dad died 2 years ago at 90 and it still hurts. However the good memories are there and knowing the day will come when we will all be reunited gives great comfort.

Good morning Pamela,
Haven't heard from our friend Wanda for some time now.
Do you have any news from her or about her elder mother?
Just curious, indianabob

Hi Ibob
The last I heard from Wanda was over a month ago. She talked about her mother’s decline
and how she wanted to spend more time with our Lord. I replied but she didn’t respond.
I pray she is well and will let you know if I hear from her again.
