Please Pray for my Son Brian
« on: January 12, 2022, 05:27:34 PM »

My son Brian has congestive heart failure and is living in and stuck in Payson, AZ. He is all alone and very sick with something. He's also is very cold and cannot get warm. He has only one person that could help him but she works thru the day.

I remember friend I grew up with who many years ago came home from kidney dialysis, sat down in his chair and said "I'm cold" and died the next minute.

Brian's been saying he's cold for the last few weeks. He cannot get warm.

Payson is at 5000 feet and his doctor told him he should not stay at that altitude. But he has to stay there to protect his daughter.

Please pray Brian gets better now! This ordeal over his daughter has been going on for almost five years. The amount of injustice is too much.

Brian is still very sick. He has trouble breathing and is cold all the time. He's pretty much all alone in Payson.

He had an appointment last week with a heart doctor in Payson and as was on his way when they called and postponed his appointment until some time in March!

He ran out of his heart medicine some of which was high doses of potassium and magnesium oxide but he has managed with over-the-counter supplements. He figured the doctor would have given him something better at the appointment.

I panicked Wednesday night and ordered the supplements from the local Walmart Thursday but it takes them three days to deliver something unlike here in Mobile where you can get a delivery the same day.

But Walmart also lets you pickup items within hours but Brian was way too sick to drive. So I started calling anything that looked like a social service in Payson and got no-where (that type of service was not available at Uber). So I decided to call churches. The first guy I talked to at a church just hung-up on me mid-sentence. The next guy at the next church, a deacon named John got in his car and went to Walmart and picked-up the potassium and magnesium oxide which was waiting for him and delivered it to Brian. Brian said it's helped a tiny bit.

Brian's convinced all the MD's and specialist have long wait times because of COVID. He will not go to the hospital for a number of reasons one of which is hospitals get large amounts of money when a COVID patient dies.

I'm going to start calling heart specialist in Arizona a little later today when they open and then see if John can find someone at his church that will drive Brian to most likely Phoenix and wait then take him home.

It's been hell. Brian went to a GP and they sent him to the ER where they drained his chest of water around his heart and lungs. He had not peed in three days so they put an IV in and gave him a diuretic and he started peeing every ten minutes. He went home feeling somewhat better.

The next morning he went to the drug store and got a prescription filled and decided to take the first dose in the parking lot. He became violently ill and threw-up in the car and got bad diarrhea which went everywhere. He knew that was it and he would be dead soon but he made it back home where he had to sit in the car for a few hours.

He's still very sick and cannot talk. To say he's been depressed is a great understatement.

I found someone willing to clean his car today. It cost me $200.00 but the man had to buy something like a hazmat suit, etc. But the smell is not totally out.

The man from the church went to Walmart again this morning and delivered stuff to Brian, and his wife offered to get some church friends and clean for Brian. They also offered to bring him food.

Please continue to pray for Brian. There were a few nights I thought he could die.

Brian said he appreciates everyone's prayers.

Dennis, this is heartbreaking. I feel your pain as my own family is suffering as well
and so many others. You and Brian are in my prayers always.

Do they know what is making Brian so sick and my goodness what are those drugs he took.
That must have been so hard for him. May God help him.

My brother is in the ICU . He got a booster shot on Wednesday and Thursday night he had
a massive heart attack. I cannot say it was from the booster but there is so much controversy.

Hang tough Dennis,  God will see you through ,we love you .

I'll be praying for your brother Pamela.

Brian says his car smells like a sewer and he cannot get in it without throwing-up again. Which means he may miss is doctors appointment Monday. We both have very sensitive stomachs.

Will everyone also please pray that Brian and his daughter can return to Mobile forever really soon. I can't give the details but it's driving us all crazy.
