Hi Rhys,
Just my opinion of course, but here in the States, if past history serves us, the riots that began as peaceful demonstrations and got out of hand depended almost entirely on the actions of the public officials who stood by and did nothing and told the police to stand down even in one case when the rioters were burning the police station and trapping the officers inside.
So my answer is it will depend upon the will of the officials to maintain order or not to maintain order.

Thanks for the info. We don’t get many protests in New Zealand but they have been increasing over the last one to two years.
The world is getting a darker place, fortunately I have this super powered bright light called God’s word to shine on all this stuff. That will definitely help on the coming dark nights
