Artificial Intellegence
Bob:
Your welcome Dave, What really struck me after asking my question to Chat GPT was, like Dennis mentioned, there was no AI around when Ray was teaching. A lot of what I read from AI I already knew from Ray’s lessons. The amount of research Ray must have done before AI even existed shows just how much time and effort he put in. Honestly, just thinking about how much time he spent answering questions on the forum is hard for me to wrap my head around—let alone all his writings and teachings.
AI is definitely a handy tool for research and even a bit of fun, but it’s far from perfect. Like Dave said, his response from AI was pretty different from mine. I’ve got to say though, Chat GPT handled that one really well—the answer was fair and surprisingly thorough.
Yes, my response was with a little help from Chat GPT. ;)

AI Jesus
Have you guys seen all of the videos on you tube about Germany and Switzerland
using AI preaching and taking confessions in their churches? I just discovered them.
I enjoyed reading the comments. And yes they call it AI Jesus.
Knowing God is Sovereign is such an amazing and wonderful gift when seeing
these things happening. Some of the comments were humorous
There were instructions in the confession box, if you accept you have to push a button before getting started. I think it said not to confess your darkest sins, at least not yet. I might have misunderstood that , I’m not sure 🤔
Anyway , one comment was “ AI Jesus, I only sold two bags of weed today “
AI Jesus replies,” try harder next time” and two hours later the cops are at my door.😁
Another one said, “ it’s blasphemy and putting our ministers out of business”
😀 I say Amen to that.
I like this one… religion is sitting in church and thinking about fishing,
relationship is going fishing and thinking about Jesus.
This reminded me….
And Jesus will make you fishers of men, the parable of the dragnet comes to mind
and also when Jesus helped His disciples catch a very huge haul and then are separated good from bad. Our Lord is so awesome .
I used Google, I think it’s called Gemini. I was curious about AI . It’s quite interesting.I fed it many scriptures and quotes .I just gave it chapter and number of verse and it automatically gave me the verse, that’s convenient. Our subject was AI barons and their purpose and intention
for AI. The Ai used the scriptures and I interpreted them as we have learned from
the LOF series. The conclusion was that they, the AI barons were trying to replace
God and we’re ultimately setting a trap for themselves. I thought about Ester and
Mordacai and how Hammon was hung on his own gallows.
I don’t know if this is what will happen but it is very interesting to watch. I pray you are all doing well. Any thoughts on this subject as it is speeding up quite rapidly.
God is not mocked, He sits in the heavens and laughs ;D

High musterseed,
What we need to be careful about is how it’s used and trusted. AI doesn’t “think” or have judgment—it relies on data created by humans, which means it can reflect bias, make mistakes, or be misused. Over-reliance on AI without human oversight, loss of privacy, and the spread of misinformation are real concerns.
take care, Bob

100% agree Bob

There is nothing new under the sun, this stuff is primitive.
It is a reflection of the human behind it yes, but All Is Of God.
I asked it if was evil. Here’s the answer.
AI is considered a tool , rather than inherently evil or good.
Like a hammer or other tools , its potential for harm or benefit
depends on human intention, design and application.
Its potential for harm or benefit depends on human intention?
Excuse me but what happened to God’s Sovereignty? It’s answer
is the typical answer of a true free willer that exalts itself above
all that is called God, 2 Thes.2:4
Do we know what God’s intention is for AI? Maybe it’s exactly what it’s doing
already, I don’t know. Do things happen outside of God’s foreknowledge? I am
not trying to be disagreeable, I just have confidence that whatever it’s being used for is in Gods plan . Ok , what should I be careful of, I need to know.
In Christ, Pamela
