Prayers needed

Hi everyone

I pray all of you are well please remember me in your prayers. I’ve had vertigo for a few days and it’s been getting bad on and off. I’ve been feeling so miserable.

You have my prayers Wendy.

I've had to deal with vertigo for the last 10 years or so. It's awful.

Hi Wendy,

I also have had vertigo in the past, and it is a debilitating condition.  I will be praying for you to recover soon.

You need to do the exercise for at least four days in a row. Eventually it will all go away.

Find out what triggers your vertigo. I cannot hold my head way up or way down for more than 10 seconds. Also I cannot sleep on my left side without triggering vertigo. And when I sleep on my back I must keep my head turned at least a little to the left. I cannot allow my head to turn right.

I could not find the exact exercise I use on YouTube. But this is what I do:

Like the video lay down and put your head back and look left. Find something to stare at on the wall and keep looking at it for at least a minute. If it appears to move keep looking at it until it stops moving. This could take 5 minutes or more.

When it stops keep your head back and look right and again find something to stare at on the wall and it may appear to move.

Keep looking at the place on the right wall until it stops moving or at least one minute.

Then sit straight up keeping your head right.

Then turn your head and look straight ahead and stare at something and hang on! If it's bad you will be physically thrown around in circles as the crystals in your ear(s) go back where they belong. Just hang on so you don't fall.

I've passed out a few times doing this last part. I pray you're not as bad off as I am. But I'm very careful and have not had it bad in years.
